Rye Cracker with Salmon

Ingredients

  • x3 Rye Cracker slices

  • x3 spoons of cream cheese light (approximately 23 grams each)

  • x3 pieces of smoked salmon (approximately 13-15 grams each)

  • Optional:

    • Pepper for seasoning

    • Green leaves for additional taste

    • Cherry tomatoes (tastes excellently with the cheese)

 

Preparation:

Step 1:

  • Spread one spoon of cream cheese on each of the rye cracker 

  • Optional

    • Spinkle some pepper on top of cream cheese

 

Step 2:

  • Add the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese

  • Optional Step:

    • Add the greens of your choice & tomatoes over the salmon​

  • Enjoy it with coffee or tea!​
