Rye Cracker with Nut Butter
Ingredients

x4 Rye Cracker slices (Ryvita or Wasa crackers)

x4 spoons of nut butter

Optional:

agave syrup

Stevia sugar

Options for Nut Butter

Peanut Butter
-
Almond Butter
-
Cashenut Butter
Preparation:
Step 1:

Spread one spoon of peanut butter on each of the rye cracker

For optional sweetness:
-
Add 1/2 spoon of Agave syrup to each cracker

Alternatively you can sprinkle 1/4 of teaspoon of Stevia sugar on top (Note that 1 table spoon of sugar is equivalent to 1/2 teaspoon of stevia) sugar)

Step 2:
