Rye Cracker with Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • x4 Rye Cracker slices (Ryvita or Wasa crackers)

  • x4 spoons of nut butter

  • Optional:

    • agave syrup

    • Stevia sugar

Options for Nut Butter

  • Peanut Butter

  • Almond Butter

  • Cashenut Butter

Preparation:

Step 1:

  • Spread one spoon of peanut butter on each of the rye cracker 

  • For optional sweetness:

    • ​Add 1/2 spoon of Agave syrup to each cracker

    • Alternatively you can sprinkle 1/4 of teaspoon of Stevia sugar on top (Note that 1 table spoon of sugar is equivalent to 1/2 teaspoon of stevia) sugar)

Step 2:

  • For optional Sweetness

    • Add 1/2 spoon of Agave syrup to each cracker

    • Alternatively you can sprinkle 1/4 of teaspoon of Stevia sugar on top (Note that 1 table spoon of sugar is equivalent to 1/2 teaspoon of stevia) sugar)

  • x4 Rye Cracker slices with x1 spoon of CASHENUT / ALMOND butter to each (+/- stevia sugar)
