Ingredients

  • x5 spoons of yogurt (260gr.) - Glycaemic Load:

  • x5 teaspoons of porridge (30gr.) - Glycaemic Load:

  • a small handful of dried cranberries (30-35gr.) - Glycaemic Load:

Execution

  • Place the yogurt, porridge and cranberries in a bowl. Add the stevia sugar and stir with a spoon until uniformly mixed
